Blocked on List type

I was a bit too trigger-happy and created this but on reflection it doesn't make any sense to have a unicode encode function that returns a string, there are too many variations ("1 1000", "0001 1000", "U+0001 U+1000"...). It should return a List(Code Point), which is not supported yet. Tgr (talk) 10:17, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
