Disconnected implementations

• if (number type), JavaScript (Z13849)

See phab:T363908. Fixing this is currently low priority, so I am manually disconnecting implementations that cause material performance issues, where a better alternative exists. This function now^ evaluates in under a second; the JavaScript implementation takes around three seconds.
